"I don't get it."

Put this as one of the top things Tumblr has taught me, something which one could argue is even more important (or at least more useful) than, let's say, quadratic exponents. 'Cus let's be honest here, in our daily life, we're far more likely to receive some misogynistic failed attempt at a joke rather than be asked to solve for x. Allow me to explain and pass on this life-saving advice...
I think at one point in our lives, we've all been victims of some idiotic, boxers-showing, snapback-wearing, "haha then what ;)" typing, human being which can only be best described as a fu!kboy. That also means we've all been cruelly forced to listen to their sexist/homophobic/racist/just plain stupid comment or joke and had to deal with the ever-exhausting struggle of the dreaded response. Let me just tell you this, you've already been infected if your first thought is, Oh whatever, he was just trying to be funny. STEP AWAY FROM YOURSELF AND LISTEN TO THAT VOICE THAT'S SCREAMING "NO! THAT'S NOT OKAY!" BECAUSE IT'S TRUE. Falling prey to their comments is exactly why nothing is going to change in this already messed up society. Young boys are still going to believe women belong in the kitchen if nobody is bothered to change this haunting mindset. Secondly, I understand if your next thought then is, Okay, but I don't feel like getting into an argument (even though a good lesson might even teach this poor soul a little something). So, *drumroll* here is your guaranteed-perfect answer: "I don't get it."
These simple four monosyllable words look like nothing, but in reality, contain so much behind them. Why are we all just immediately expected to understand how these discriminative comments work, when they make absolutely zero sense? It is the consistency of these people repeating the same thing over and over again about 'the differences between 'white and black people', 'in what type of way women and men act', etc, which are used basically as justifications for these absurd jokes. We need to go against the system in order to put an end to it. Not understanding the 'joke' forces the attacker to have to explain themselves, when there is nothing to explain. When nobody laughs, that defeats the purpose, and one by one we'll knock 'em all down...
Here is scientific evidence of the efficiency of this experiment:
I, myself, actually got to play this out live.
I was chatting with a bud of mine, and we were discussing technology. All of a sudden, he goes: "The only machine women know how to use is the dishwasher". My inner fire was embracing itself to start raging, exploding in rants and satanic screams I wouldn't know I had in me. Instead, I remembered this holy rule, and said: "I don't get it."
After several minutes of speechlessness, he finally said, defeated, "I'm sorry it was a sexist joke."
THAT'S RIGHT, YOU'RE SORRY! BOO-YAH!
One by one ladies, one by one.
